Ordering Process

All our doorsets are made to measure to your sizes. To place your order, the following information is required:

• Measure your structural opening size - Width and Height
• Choose your door design from the front door section
• Choose the door type required E70, E70 pivot or E90.
• Choose your prefered doorset combination from the front door / configurations section
• Choose the wood type from the front doors / woods section
• Choose your glass type
• Choose your door handles from the door handles section and any extras from the door accessories section
• Contact us with the above information to obtain a formal quotation

• To formally place an order 50% Deposit is required. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card (Excl. Amex), Cheque (made payable to Urban Front Ltd) or Bank Transfer (Please call our office on 01494 778787 for our bank details).
• Once the order is placed we will prepare and send you a CAD drawing within 10 days showing all the agreed details on the door you have ordered.
• We will keep you informed throughout the process on the order and its details.

International Shipping

Our doors are shipped weekly worlwide including USA, Canada, Australia, Africa, Middle East, Caribbean, Western and Eastern Europe, Iceland and many other countries. International orders are specially packaged for overseas shipping. International shipping quotes are priced per order.

UK nationwide deliveries

Urban Front deliver all over the UK, Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Please note that customers arranging their own delivery should keep in mind that Urban Front doors are made of natural timber and will need an experienced furniture delivery company or a delivery company you have used before and trust as Urban Front does not take responsibility of orders delivered by a third party delivery company.

The prices for delivery are based on one man delivery (assistance is required on offloading unless otherwise agreed at point of sale) and are as follows:

1. Mainland UK: £160 incl VAT per door and frame+ £30 per item thereafter
2. Scotland and Wales and SW E: £220 incl VAT per door and frame + £35 per item thereafter.
3. Channel Islands: On quotation basis only prices start from £350 incl VAT per doorset.

Price Indication

Urban Front price per project as all our doors are made to measure with doorsets (frame & door) up to 1040 x 2400mm for E70 and up to 1200 x 2400mm for E70 pivot and up to 1040 x 2100mm for E90. Sidelite, Sidepanels and storeylites are available to sizes. Please contact our office for a formal quotation.
