Ordering Process
All our doorsets are made to measure to your sizes. To place your order, the following information is required: 

• Structural Opening Size - Width and Height
• Choose your prefered doorset combination under - Door Details / Conbination Configuration section
• Choose your Door Design under - Products / Doors section
• Choose your Wood under - Wood Types and maintenance section
• Choose your Door Furniture Option Number under - Products / Door Furniture section

1. 50% Deposit is required. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card (Excl. Amex), Cheque (made payable to Urban Front Ltd) or Bank Transfer (Please call our office on 01494 778787 for our bank details).
2. Once the order is placed we will prepare and send you a CAD drawing within 10 days showing all the agreed details on the door you have ordered.
3. We will keep you informed throughout the process on the order and its details.

Delivery
With the help of our furniture specialist transport company, Urban Front are able to deliver all over the UK, Ireland, the Channel Islands, Europe and the USA.

Please note that our customers can arrange their own delivery however, please keep in mind that Urban Front doors are made of natural timber and will need an experienced furniture delivery company or a delivery company you have used before and trust.

The prices for delivery are based on one man delivery (assistance is required on offloading unless otherwise agreed at point of sale) and are as follows:

1. Mainland UK: £160 incl VAT per door and frame+ £30 per item thereafter
2. Scotland and Wales and SW E: £220 incl VAT per door and frame + £35 per item thereafter.
3. Channel Islands: On quotation basis only prices start from £350 incl VAT per doorset.
4. USA and Europe: On quotation basis depending on destination. [Back]
